Capital Vacations in Myrtle Beach, SC, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee upkeep of the Sales Center and Welcome Center, ensuring a clean, safe, and guest-ready environment.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance (AC, plumbing, electrical), basic construction tasks, painting, landscaping, and timely maintenance requests; reading work orders and using basic tools; and notifying management of issues while assisting guests as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Clean driving record.
• Knowledge of the Timeshare industry.
• Experience in general resort maintenance (landscaping, construction, upkeep).
• Able to read construction work orders and use basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Implements preventative maintenance programs such as A/C filters, fire extinguishers, and appliances.
• Maintains daily upkeep, including painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, hanging drywall and landscaping clean‑up.
• Completes maintenance calls, general upkeep of Sales Center and Welcome Center.
• Notifies manager of any issues.
• Assists guests when needed.
• Completes all other duties as requested.
