A Brief Overview

The Seasonal Maintenance Support Specialist is a temporary position that provides assistance to the maintenance team in all phases of grounds and property maintenance. This role involves light repairs to residential units, landscape maintenance, and some housekeeping duties.

What you will do

1. Support the Maintenance Director/Manager, COM, and Warehouse teams.
2. Maintain grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other community buildings.
3. Assist in daily housekeeping duties for office areas.
4. Help prepare market-ready units.
5. Assist managers with maintenance tasks.
6. Help clean units, including carpet cleaning where applicable.
7. Maintain curb appeal meticulously.
8. Maintain playgrounds and outdoor amenities.
9. Perform general painting as assigned.
10. Represent the property professionally at all times.
11. Report unsafe conditions immediately to your supervisor.
12. Maintain reliable and punctual attendance.
13. Follow proper use of equipment, chemicals, and PPE.

Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent).
2. Knowledge of basic repairs and facility maintenance.
3. Self-motivated, detail-oriented team player who can prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
4. Reliable transportation.
5. Valid in-state driver's license.
