Job Overview

The Seasonal Maintenance Support Specialist is a temporary position that provides assistance to the maintenance team in all phases of grounds and property maintenance. Responsibilities include light repairs to residential units, landscape maintenance, and some housekeeping duties.

What You Will Do

1. Support the Maintenance Director/Manager, COM, and Warehouse teams.
2. Maintain grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and community buildings.
3. Assist with daily housekeeping duties in office areas.
4. Help prepare market-ready units.
5. Assist managers with maintenance tasks.
6. Help clean units, including carpet cleaning where applicable.
7. Maintain curb appeal meticulously.
8. Maintain playgrounds and outdoor amenities.
9. Perform general painting as assigned.
10. Represent the property professionally at all times.
11. Report unsafe conditions immediately.
12. Ensure reliable attendance and punctuality.
13. Follow proper use of equipment, chemicals, and PPE.

Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent).
2. Basic knowledge of repairs and facility maintenance.
3. Self-motivated team player attentive to detail, able to prioritize.
4. Reliable and punctual attendance.
5. Reliable transportation required.
6. Driver's License valid and in-state.
