Qualifications

2+ years of sales or sales support experience in luxury retail preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
Excellent attention to detail and customer service.
General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory.
Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

Facilitate the sales process and elevate the client experience with hospitality and expert assistance.
Provide product knowledge to support client experience.
Build client relationships via emails, notes, calls, and clienteling app.
Record and update client information to tailor services.
Promote new products through personalized outreach to increase awareness.
Maintain store displays per visual merchandising guidelines.
Collaborate with management to ensure merchandise is replenished and accessible.
Provide operational and administrative support to client advisors.
