Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably luxury retail
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace
• Experience with cash handling and POS systems
• Basic computer skills including iPad/laptop usage and Internet
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong English language proficiency (for US market)

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism and provide personalized assistance
• Act as brand ambassador and support social media engagement
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization
• Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards while capturing customer information
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies
• Manage stock levels and replenish sales floor; perform merchandising updates
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests
• Maintain housekeeping and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
