Coach, a global fashion house, is hiring a Sales Support Associate to sustain store success through friendly, efficient service at the cash wrap and sales floor. You will process transactions, keep the stockroom organized, and support with merchandise flow from receipt to point of sale.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in luxury retail or equivalent, strong English communication, and a proactive, customer-focused approach. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and peak periods is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury
• Strong English communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with cash handling and POS operations

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide personalized assistance
• Process transactions accurately at POS and maintain cash wrap
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; replenish floor
• Support stockroom organization and visual merchandising
