Moncler in Chicago is seeking a Seasonal Sales Support Advisor. This part-time role supports front-of-house and back-of-house operations during peak periods, assisting Client Advisors, balancing product flow, replenishment, and store organization to deliver an elevated client experience.

The role emphasizes a positive brand ambassador approach, collaboration with store leadership, and flexibility to cover weekends, evenings and holidays as needed during the seasonal period.

Responsabilités

• Welcome clients and contribute to an elevated and engaging Moncler experience.
• Support Client Advisors during high-volume periods.
• Assist with client requests and help connect clients with the appropriate Client Advisor or management.
• Retrieve and deliver merchandise from the BOH to the sales floor quickly and accurately.
• Support product availability and replenishment to ensure the sales team can efficiently serve clients.
• Maintain knowledge of Moncler brand, products, and Client Promise.
• Support individual and team objectives through proactive and responsive assistance.
