Moncler Boston is seeking a Seasonal Sales Support Advisor to join our store team during peak times. You will work both front of house and back of house, assisting Client Advisors, handling replenishment, and helping maintain an elevated client experience consistent with Moncler's brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and contribute to an elevated and engaging Moncler experience.
• Support Client Advisors throughout the client journey, particularly during high-volume periods.
• Assist with client requests and help connect clients with the appropriate Client Advisor or member of management.
• Retrieve and deliver merchandise from the BOH to the sales floor quickly and accurately.
• Support product availability and replenishment to ensure the sales team can efficiently serve clients.
• Develop foundational knowledge of the Moncler Brand, products, and Client Promise.
• Support individual and team objectives through proactive and responsive assistance.
