Job summary

Moncler seeks a Seasonal Sales Support Advisor to assist the store team during peak periods, working across FOH and BOH to support client service, product flow, replenishment, and store organization. You will collaborate with Client Advisors, Operations, Visual Merchandising, and management to meet seasonal demand.

The role emphasizes a client-focused, team-oriented approach with strong attention to detail, reliability, and flexibility in a luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, or other client-facing experience preferred, but not required.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail or service environment is a plus.
• Luxury retail experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and contribute to an elevated Moncler experience.
• Support Client Advisors during high-volume periods and assist with client requests.
• Retrieve and deliver merchandise from the back of house to the sales floor quickly and accurately.
• Support inventory and replenishment to keep product availability high.
• Maintain a clean, organized BOH and sales floor and follow store policies.
