Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Seasonal Selling Associate to elevate the client experience alongside a dedicated selling team. You will report to a Sales Manager and contribute to a culture of hospitality that makes life extraordinary.

You will engage clients, move across departments as needed, and support services such as Alterations, Personalization, and delivery while maintaining a high standard of service during the peak season.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a customer-centric role with proven ability to sell products/services.
• Familiar with and able to use retail and mobile technologies.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome clients at store entrances and in departments and guide them to the right associate.
• Work in different store areas based on business needs.
• Process POS transactions efficiently as needed.
• Handle escalated issues by connecting customers with management.
• Follow up on customer requests and needs.
• Support BOPIS and curbside pickup in partnership with Operations and Managers.
• Assist with fitting room experiences when needed.
• Look for opportunities to enhance client experience with services like Alterations, Personalization, Food/Beverage, or delivery.
