Tiffany & Co. Seasonal Team Members at Columbus (Easton Town Center) embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction during the holiday season.

As a part-time or seasonal associate, you are a welcome brand ambassador delivering memorable experiences to clients. You will assist with engraving, help manage the floor, stock hospitality areas, assist sales with boxing and wrapping, and support inventory and after-sales service to keep store operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail or luxury retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Be an effective brand ambassador, ensuring Clients are warmly welcomed, assisted, and have a memorable experience that reflects the Tiffany brand.
• Improve the Client experience with hospitality and store amenities to build personalized experiences.
• Assist with engraving station where applicable.
• Accurately lead floor waiting list.
• Ensure hospitality area is fully stocked, orderly and clean.
• Communicate any potential service issues with waiting clients to management.
• Assist sales team with boxing and wrapping items, replenish POS and gifting supplies, keep POS stations and sales floor neat.
• Assist operations with policies and after-sales servicing to ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Assist with inventory and special projects as needed.
