Job summary

Qualifications

• Candidates must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail or luxury retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills.
• Ability to interact with a diverse client base.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand ambassador, warmly welcoming clients and ensuring a memorable experience.
• Enhance the client experience with hospitality and store amenities to support sales and service.
• Assist with engraving station where applicable.
• Lead floor waiting list when needed.
• Keep hospitality area stocked, orderly and clean.
• Communicate potential service issues to management.
• Assist with boxing/wrapping, replenish POS and gifting supplies, keep POS stations and sales floor tidy.
• Support operations with policies and after-sales servicing to ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Assist with inventory and special projects as needed.
