Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Support for the holiday period in New Jersey to embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction. The role focuses on delivering memorable service and assisting with engraving, boxing and inventory, while maintaining a welcoming hospitality area.

Team members will support the sales team, manage the floor and waiting lists, and adapt to non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a premium luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and client service traits.
• Experience in retail, luxury or client-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to adapt to nights, weekends and holidays.
• Comfort with serving a diverse clientele in a premium environment.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced store setting.

Responsibilities

• Be an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are welcomed and have a memorable Tiffany experience.
• Enhance the client experience with hospitality and store amenities for personalized service.
• Assist with engraving station where applicable.
• Lead floor waiting lists accurately when needed.
• Keep hospitality area stocked, orderly and clean.
• Communicate potential service issues to management for timely resolution.
• Assist with boxing/wrapping, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and maintaining neat POS stations and sales floors.
• Support operations with policies, procedures and after-sales servicing for smooth store operation.
• Assist with inventory and special projects as needed.
