Tiffany & Co. is seeking Seasonal Team Members to embody the Tiffany brand during the holiday season. You will warmly welcome Clients, convey a memorable experience, and assist with on-site services such as engraving and gift presentation.

The role emphasizes hospitality, inventory support, and collaboration with sales and operations to ensure smooth store performance and exceptional client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Customer service experience in luxury or retail settings.
• Experience delivering hospitality and creating memorable client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Be an effective brand ambassador, ensuring Clients are warmly welcomed and have a memorable experience.
• Enhance the Client experience with hospitality and store amenities to support sales and service.
• Assist with engraving where applicable.
• Lead floor waiting list accurately when needed.
• Keep hospitality area stocked, orderly and clean.
• Communicate potential service issues to management.
• Assist sales with boxing, wrapping, replenishing POS and gifts; maintain neat POS and sales floor areas.
• Support operations with policies and after-sales servicing to keep store operations smooth.
• Assist with inventory and special projects as needed.
