Job summary

Tiffany & Co. Seasonal Team Members embody the brand in every client interaction during the holiday season. You will be a passionate, high-service ambassador who helps create memorable experiences for clients and conveys Tiffany's luxury experience.

Responsibilities include assisting at the engraving station when applicable, managing the floor waiting list, stocking the hospitality area, and working with sales and operations to ensure smooth store operations and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-focused service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide memorable experiences consistent with the Tiffany brand.
• Assist at engraving station where applicable and help with boxing and wrapping.
• Lead floor waiting list when needed and keep hospitality area stocked and clean.
• Coordinate with management to report service issues and support sales and operations.
• Assist with inventory and special projects as needed.
