Job summary

Brobston Group LLC seeks a Seasonal Store Support Specialist to deliver an elevated shopping experience in our luxury retail environment in Miami. You will support the store team with clienteling, transactions, and operational tasks to keep visuals and processes seamless.

You will leverage product knowledge and client communication to drive sales, maintain CRM initiatives, and collaborate with management on displays and inventory upkeep.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and support CRM initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the sales process and provide exceptional hospitality and assistance to clients.
• Support client advisors with product knowledge, transactions, and administrative tasks.
• Build and maintain client relationships via email, hand-written notes, phone calls, and clienteling app outreach.
• Record and update client information to support CRM and future sales opportunities.
• Promote new product arrivals through personalized client outreach.
• Assist with store displays and collaborate with management to replenish and maintain merchandise.
