Coach is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate II in Commerce, CA, a luxury retail role focusing on delivering personalized service and driving sales. You will build client relationships, leverage product expertise, and support daily store operations in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires 1+ year of sales experience (luxury retail preferred), POS familiarity, and strong English communication. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and peak seasons is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador with style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales via cross-selling and upselling; meet personal and team KPIs.
• Utilize omni-channel tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Complete daily store tasks (cash wrap, inventory, replenishment) and support inventory cycles.
• Collaborate with teammates and participate in brand initiatives.
