Ideal candidates have 1+ year of retail experience, knowledge of fashion trends, proficiency with POS systems and iPad, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience preferred in luxury or premium environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with warmth and professionalism.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain the cash wrap.
• Maintain stockroom cleanliness and organize shipments/ transfers.
• Support stock replenishment and visual merchandising updates.
• Assist on the sales floor and respond to customer requests.
• Collaborate with team and management as needed.
• Adhere to housekeeping standards and Loss Prevention guidelines.
