Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Seasonal Selling Associate to elevate the client experience during the holiday season. You will work with our selling team, reporting to a Sales Manager, and help deliver luxury service across store departments.

Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; at least 1 year in a customer-centric role; familiar with retail and mobile technology; will help with BOPIS/curbside and POS transactions to ensure seamless shopping experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-centric roles.
• Able to sell products and services in a luxury retail environment.
• Familiar with retail and mobile technologies.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and transition them to the appropriate associate.
• Work across store areas based on business needs.
• Process Point of Sale transactions efficiently.
• Handle escalated issues by connecting customers with management.
• Follow up on customer requests and needs.
• Support BOPIS and curbside pickup in partnership with Operations.
