Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or related field.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency required.
• Luxury retail background and familiarity with live-stream shopping or video demos preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and read price/release sheets.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Use mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet/exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and manage follow-ups to close sales.
• Maintain a high-energy floor presence and support inventory and visual merchandising.
