Job summary

Moncler in the United States is seeking a Part-time Seasonal Sales Support Advisor to join the store team during peak periods, assisting Client Advisors and management to deliver an elevated client experience. This role covers both FOH and BOH responsibilities and requires flexible weekend/evening availability.

You will help with replenishment, product flow, and store organization, while embodying Moncler's values and client promise.

Qualifications

Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, or other client-facing experience preferred, but not required.
Experience in a fast-paced retail or service environment is a plus.
Luxury retail experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients and contribute to an elevated and engaging Moncler experience.
Support Client Advisors throughout the client journey, particularly during high-volume periods.
Assist with client requests and help connect clients with the appropriate Client Advisor or member of management.
Retrieve and deliver merchandise from the BOH to the sales floor quickly and accurately.
Support product availability and replenishment to ensure the sales team can efficiently serve clients.
Develop foundational knowledge of the Moncler Brand, products, and Client Promise.
Support individual and team objectives through proactive and responsive assistance.
