Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk on the sales floor; lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Results: Achieve individual sales, service, and KPI goals by engaging customers and promoting promotions.
• Create Exceptional Customer Experiences: Build relationships and provide personalized product knowledge.
• Support Daily Store Operations: Assist with POS transactions, replenishment, inventory, merchandising, and operations.
• Maintain Brand and Store Standards: Ensure a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
• Contribute to the Store Team: Collaborate with teammates and adapt to seasonal priorities.
