This temporary role runs through January 8, 2027. You will work with the team to provide personalized service, maintain an inviting environment, and bring the Le Creuset brand to life through passion and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Customer-focused approach with strong communication and teamwork.
• Availability to work 10–15 hours per week with varied schedule.
• Able to stand/walk, climb a ladder, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Interest in cooking, baking, entertaining, and the Le Creuset brand.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales results by engaging customers, applying Le Creuset’s selling approach, and meeting KPI goals.
• Provide personalized service and share product knowledge related to cooking, baking, and entertaining.
• Support daily store operations including point-of-sale transactions, replenishment, inventory, merchandising, and other tasks.
• Maintain brand and store standards by keeping a clean, organized, and inviting environment.
• Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively, and adapt to changing priorities during the holiday season.
