Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience.

• Availability to work 10–15 hours per week with flexibility for more hours.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Seasonal assignment through January 8, 2027.
• Ability to stand and walk on the sales floor and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Genuine interest in cooking, baking, entertaining, and Le Creuset brand.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Results: Achieve individual sales, service, and KPI goals by engaging customers and promoting promotions.
• Create Exceptional Customer Experiences: Build relationships and share product knowledge related to cooking, baking, and entertaining.
• Support Daily Store Operations: Assist with point-of-sale, replenishment, inventory, merchandising, and other procedures.
• Maintain Brand and Store Standards: Support Le Creuset’s visual, service, safety, and operational standards.
• Contribute to the Store Team: Collaborate, communicate, and adapt to priorities during the holiday season.
