Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment.
• Customer-focused approach with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work at least 10–15 hours per week, with flexibility for increased hours as needed.
• Willingness to work varied schedule, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Interest in cooking, baking, entertaining, and Le Creuset brand.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Results: Achieve individual sales, service, and KPI goals by engaging customers and promoting promotions.
• Create Exceptional Customer Experiences: Build relationships and share product knowledge related to cooking and entertaining.
• Support Daily Store Operations: Assist with POS transactions, replenishment, inventory, merchandising, and operations.
• Maintain Brand and Store Standards: Uphold visual, service, safety, and operational standards.
• Contribute to the Store Team: Collaborate with team members and adapt to priorities during the holiday season.
