Job summary

Le Creuset Manchester Designer Outlets is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to help create exceptional customer experiences and support the store team during the busy holiday season. You will connect with customers, share product knowledge, and contribute to meeting store sales goals.

This temporary role runs through January 8, 2027, requires 10–15 hours per week, flexibility for days, evenings, weekends and holidays, and the ability to stand, lift up to 25 pounds, and work from the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience
• Customer-focused approach with strong communication and teamwork
• Availability to work 10-15 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Seasonal assignment through January 8, 2027
• Ability to stand and walk on the sales floor, climb a ladder, and lift up to 25 pounds

Responsibilities

• Drive sales results by engaging customers, applying Le Creuset selling approach, communicating promotions, and meeting customer needs
• Create exceptional customer experiences by sharing product knowledge related to cooking, baking, and entertaining
• Support daily store operations including point-of-sale, replenishment, inventory, merchandising, and other tasks
• Maintain brand standards and a clean, inviting store environment
• Collaborate with team, communicate effectively, and adapt during the holiday season
