Responsibilities

Drive Sales Results: Achieve individual sales, service, and KPI goals by engaging customers, applying selling approach, communicating current promotions, and identifying opportunities to meet customer needs.
Create Exceptional Customer Experiences: Build meaningful customer relationships, provide personalized service, and confidently share product knowledge and inspiration related to cooking, baking, and entertaining.
Support Daily Store Operations: Assist with point-of-sale transactions, product replenishment, inventory activities, merchandising, and other operational procedures while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Maintain Brand and Store Standards: Help create a clean, organized, and inviting store environment by supporting Le Creuset’s visual, service, safety, and operational standards.
Contribute to the Store Team: Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively, demonstrate reliability, and adapt to changing priorities during the busy holiday season.
