Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to enhance our client experience with our operations team during our busiest season. You will report to an Operations Manager and help ensure flawless execution of seasonal tasks to make the season magical.

The role requires at least 1 year in operations or warehouse settings, comfort with retail tech, physical stamina for lift and movement, and a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an operations or warehouse role, or equivalent.
• Familiar with and able to use retail and mobile technologies.
• Requires standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying up to 35 pounds.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare for selling floor.
• Prepare outbound merchandise to be shipped to client, another store or distribution center.
• Complete daily inventory control operations.
• Execute merchandise price changes as needed.
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed on the receiving dock and in all work areas.
