Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Greet and seat Neiman Marcus customers at host stand.
• Monitor servers and ensure smooth dining experiences.
• Answer phone inquiries and manage reservations, including VIPs.
• Optimize seating, reservations, and staff allocation.
• Maintain cleanliness of menus and service area.
• Assist with pre-shift meetings and adhere to policies.
