Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Knowledge of OpenTable platform.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously.

• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greets and seats Neiman Marcus customers at the host stand.
• Monitors server performance to ensure smooth dining service.
• Handles reservations via OpenTable and answers inquiries on hours, events, etc.
• Organizes reservations to maximize seating and manage guest flow.
• Maintains cleanliness and proper appearance of menus and station.
• Participates in pre-shift meetings and adheres to schedule changes.
