Exemplar Luxury Group is seeking a Restaurant Host to warmly welcome Neiman Marcus customers, greet and seat guests, and help create an exceptional first impression in a fast-paced luxury setting.

You will manage reservations with OpenTable, coordinate seating to optimize service, maintain menu presentation and hygiene standards, and collaborate with teams to deliver attentive, gracious service during evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Knowledge of OpenTable platform.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Motivated and results-driven.
• Ability to interact graciously with the public and handle multiple duties at the same time.
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
• "Win together" mentality.
• Role requires standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying 35 pounds.
• Associates must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Greet and seat Neiman Marcus customers warmly at the host stand.
• Monitor server performance to help ensure smooth service.
• Observe proper telephone etiquette and manage reservations.
• Handle reservations through OpenTable (including VIPs) and answer inquiries about hours, specials, events, etc.
• Organize reservations and maximize seating during operating hours.
• Follow POS procedures and maintain knowledge of the POS system.
• Maintain flow of service and proper seating at each wait station.
• Participate in daily pre-shift meetings.
• Perform duties involving lifting (tables, chairs, highchairs).
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of menus and covers.
• Uphold hygiene standards: clean uniform, hair, nails; avoid contamination.
