Job summary

Neiman Marcus, a leading luxury retailer, seeks a Seasonal Operations Associate in San Francisco to support the operations team during peak season. You will report to an Operations Manager and help deliver exceptional client experiences through efficient merchandise handling and inventory controls.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year in ops/warehouse, familiarity with retail tech, and a willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an operations or warehouse role.
• Familiar with retail and mobile technologies.
• Able to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare for the selling floor.
• Prepare outbound merchandise to be shipped to a client, another store or the distribution center.
• Complete daily inventory control operations.
• Execute merchandise price changes as needed.
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed on the receiving dock and in all other work areas.
