Responsibilities

Meet or surpass monthly and yearly sales objectives and KPIs.
Provide exceptional personalized service and build enduring client relationships, leveraging product and brand knowledge.
Utilize CRM tools and maintain an accurate client book and customer records; promote events via email, phone, and notes.
Support visual presentation, store image standards, stockroom organization, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and general housekeeping.
