Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Seasonal Client Advisor for the Short Hills boutique to deliver exceptional, personalized service to luxury clients while meeting sales objectives.

The role focuses on building enduring client relationships, leveraging product knowledge and CRM tools to drive repeat business.

You will also support store presentation and day-to-day operations to ensure a premium in-store experience and seamless customer service, including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Over 3 years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding individual and store targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong organizational skills.
• Team-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Foreign language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide outstanding, personalized customer service and build enduring client relationships.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of products and communicate brand heritage to clients.
• Use CRM tools to capture and manage customer data and follow up on opportunities.
• Support visual merchandising and maintain the sales floor and stockroom to company standards.
• Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized outreach; maintain an accurate client book.
• Handle client inquiries, shipping, and alterations; assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
