This seasonal role runs October through May with early morning shifts, weekend availability, and opportunities to uphold Forbes-aligned dining standards in a luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant serving experience required.
• Luxury hotel, resort, or fine dining experience strongly preferred.
• Breakfast service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of dining etiquette, service timing, and table maintenance.
• Familiarity with food safety, sanitation, and allergy communication procedures.
• Experience using point-of-sale systems and processing payments.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests promptly with a warm greeting and professional presence.
• Present menus, explain daily offerings, and make thoughtful recommendations.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them promptly through the POS system.
• Coordinate food and beverage delivery, ensuring accuracy and appropriate timing.
• Anticipate guest needs, replenish beverages, and maintain tables throughout the meal.
• Adapt service to accommodate both leisurely dining and guests with limited time.
• Address guest concerns with care and involve a manager when needed.
