Brobston Group in Greenwich, CT is seeking a Seasonal Sales Support Associate to assist the sales team and maintain a welcoming, well-organized client experience in a luxury boutique. You will greet clients, assist with wrapping, manage stockroom tasks, and help keep the selling floor tidy while delivering courteous service.

This temporary role requires strong communication and the ability to work in person at the location. Prior retail or luxury retail experience is a plus.

• Greet clients, answer questions, and assist with wrapping and packaging at point of sale.
• Support selling process by hanging and returning merchandise, retrieving stock, and preparing the stockroom.
• Keep workstations and the selling floor organized, stocked, and up to merchandise standards.
• Support client service, concierge, doorperson, and greeter activities, and assist with after-sales needs, including repair records and client follow-up.
• Answer phones promptly and provide courteous customer service.
