Job summary

Brobston Group in Orlando is seeking a Seasonal Selling Associate to support the selling team and deliver an exceptional client experience during the holiday season. You will welcome clients, assist with transactions and store services, and adapt to business needs across store areas, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities include welcoming clients, supporting POS transactions and services across departments, following up on requests, and introducing clients to available store

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-centric role with demonstrated ability to sell products and services.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and in departments, connecting them with the appropriate associate.
• Support point-of-sale transactions, BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, and fitting room experiences.
• Follow up on client requests and connect escalated issues with management.
• Introduce clients to available services and support store needs across different areas.
