Adecco US, Inc. is seeking polished Boutique Assistants to join a luxury brand and deliver exceptional client experiences in a sophisticated boutique setting near Los Angeles. The role supports a high-touch service model, with a 35-hour weekly schedule and pay of $23 per hour based on experience.

Candidates should be available for holidays, nights, and weekends to align with boutique operating hours. The ideal candidate is warm, professional, and detail-oriented with a passion for hospitality

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or high-touch service environments.
• Polished, professional presence with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming, and polished environment for every client.
• Assist with appointment prep, client entertainment, product presentation, gift wrapping, and F&B service.
• Prepare boutique for client appointments and elevate the experience.
• Manage boutique traffic, appointments, and client flow.
• Support client service requests (watch sizing, strap changes, engraving, etc.).
• Assist with concierge-style requests (restaurant reservations, directions, florals).
• Answer calls, messages, and appointment inquiries.
• Maintain organized client-facing areas and hospitality spaces.
• Replenish supplies and keep sales/hospitality areas organized.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and inventory.
