Job summary

Adecco is seeking polished, service oriented Boutique Assistants to join an iconic luxury brand and help create an exceptional client experience within a sophisticated boutique environment in Scottsdale.

The ideal candidate is warm, professional, and detail oriented, with a passion for hospitality and luxury service. The role involves supporting appointment prep, client entertainment, product presentation, gift wrapping, and concierge-style services, with a 35-hour work week and pay of $23/hr.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, upscale restaurants, hotels, or other high-touch service.
• Polished, approachable, and professional presence.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer and technology skills.
• MS Office experience; SAP a plus.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
• Collaborative, positive, can-do attitude.
• Genuine interest in luxury, fashion, jewelry, watches, hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming, and polished environment for every client.
• Support boutique team with appointment prep, client entertainment, product presentation, gift wrapping, and food and beverages service.
• Assist with preparing the boutique for client appointments and creating an elevated experience.
• Help manage boutique traffic, appointments, and client flow.
• Assist with client service requests including watch sizing, strap changes, engraving, and other personalization services.
• Assist clients with personalized requests such as restaurant reservations, directions, entertainment recommendations, and floral orders.
• Support incoming calls, messages, and appointment inquiries.
• Maintain the organization and presentation of client-facing areas, wrap rooms, and hospitality spaces.
• Replenish supplies and maintain organized sales and hospitality areas.
• Assist with boutique opening and closing procedures.
• Partner with the operations team to maintain supplies and non-sellable inventory.
• Support special projects and other boutique needs as assigned.
• Follow all security, operational, and service standards.
• Work collaboratively with sales associates, management, and operations to create a seamless client experience.
