Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years of luxury hospitality supervisory experience is a plus.
• Experience with hotel operations and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-of-shift duties including billing, space cleaning, inventory, and staff supervision.
• Coordinate with Culinary to ensure timely food service.
• Ensure events run on time and adjust as needed with staff communication.
• Review BEOs at each shift and confirm room setup and A/V needs.
