Job summary

Fisher Island Club is hiring a BUSPERSON - Seasonal / full-time Assistant Server in Fisher Island, FL. You will support dining room operations, help servers during service, and maintain a pristine setting for guests in a luxurious, 5-star resort environment.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of fine dining experience, understand menu items and daily specials, and can perform emergency procedures if required. A comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year work experience in a fine dining environment.
• Knows and can communicate menu items and daily specials.
• Knowledge of emergency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set and clean dining room tables before, during, and after meal service.
• Assist Servers with setup, service, and cleanup tasks.
• Serve water as members and guests are seated.
• Carry food trays to tables and remove soiled dishes to the dishwashing area.
• Restock servers’ stations with supplies and maintain buffet areas.
• Assist with banquet setup, service, and cleanup as needed.
• Ensure policies for serving beverages are followed and assist as needed.
