Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare dining by setting tables, condiments, napkins, and utensils.
• Ensure sanitation, safety, and alcohol policies are followed.
• Assist guests with menu selections and wine recommendations.
• Communicate kitchen needs and guest dietary restrictions.
• Deliver orders and replenish table settings as needed.
• Open and pour wine tableside; maintain service quality.
• Close dining with payments and guest departure.
• Maintain service stations and assist in special events.
