Job summary

Crystal Mountain Resort is hiring a Cook to manage the back-of-house operations for a specific outlet within the Culinary team. You will follow recipes, chef guidance, and SOPs to ensure quality and consistency of dishes.

You will be responsible for maintaining sanitation, organization, and timely delivery of food and beverages, contributing to a positive guest experience and the outlet’s public image.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in kitchen operations.
• Ability to obtain WA Food Safety Card within 3 days of hiring.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours.
• Some culinary outlets require intermediate skiing/snowboarding ability in winter season.
• Willingness to learn and develop as a culinary professional.

Responsibilities

• Cook is responsible for BOH operations of a specific outlet within Crystal Mountain Resort Culinary Operations.
• Follows recipes and chef guidance on stations and SOPs.
• Maintains cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the station and kitchen.
• Delivers high quality and properly served food and beverage products.
• Develops a positive public image of the outlet and Crystal Mountain Resort.
