Alterra Mountain Company is seeking a Seasonal Cook at Schweitzer in northern Idaho to prepare and cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a fast-paced cafe. You will work on a line, using multiple cooking methods, and ensure quality and presentation meet cafe standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute all food preparation tasks per recipes and quality standards.
• Cook and assemble menu items on a cooking line for all meals.

• Maintain dish quality and visual presentation.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and cleanly.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
• Keep workstation clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Monitor station inventory and communicate needs to kitchen leadership.
