Global Partners LP is seeking culinary-minded team members who take pride in preparing fresh, seasonal offerings. You will work directly with the Chef and Sous Chef, using state-of-the-art equipment to deliver high-quality dishes and a welcoming customer experience.

Responsibilities include managing orders, accommodating allergies, and maintaining a clean, efficient station while collaborating with front-of-house staff to ensure safe food temperatures.

Qualifications

• Experience with fresh seasonal ingredients preferred but not required.
• Ability to prep and manage incoming orders throughout the day.
• Comfort interfacing with guests and front-of-house staff to ensure quality service.

• Interact with guests to showcase passion for foodservice and hospitality.
• Adjust food items for allergies or dietary restrictions.
• Coordinate with front-of-house to ensure proper food temperatures.

• Prepare sauces or accompaniments before service begins.
• Maintain a clean, organized station during peak times.
• Estimate consumption and plan prep lists daily.
• Perform tasks as needed by the team.
