Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1 year related culinary experience.
• Compliant with food safety health codes and required certifications.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience following company recipes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve all food items following established portions and presentation standards.
• Set up service units and prep cook station with needed items; maintain and break down as needed.
• Ensure work areas and equipment are clean and sanitary per health regulations.
• Maintain a neat professional appearance and observe cleanliness rules.
• Requisition items needed to produce menu items; date and store leftovers for reuse.
• Assist with inventory control, receipt of goods, and counts.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws relating to food/beverage sanitation, alcohol, tobacco, and ADA.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
