Powder Mountain in Eden, Utah is recruiting a Line Cook to join our winter culinary team in Food & Beverage - Club. This seasonal full-time role reports to the Executive Chef and Sous/Head Chef, requiring presence in a fast-paced, high-end dining environment.

You will work 7am-3pm and/or 1pm-9pm, prepare dishes, maintain cleanliness, manage stock, and help with menu execution while upholding strict health codes and uniform standards. A 1-3 year experience and Utah Food Handler permit preferred.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in high-volume or fine dining kitchen.
• Current Utah Food Handler Permit.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong hygiene and professional appearance.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and execute daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced setting.
• Maintain sanitary workstation and prep areas.
• Assist with menu planning and stock lists.
• Operate ovens, grills, fryers, and knives safely.
• Assist with dishwashing and kitchen breakdown.
• Adhere to Powder Mountain health code and uniform standards.
