Job summary

Powder Mountain is seeking a friendly, team-oriented Line Cook for the 26/27 winter season to join our Food & Beverage - Club team. The role requires high standards in fine dining kitchen operations, familiarity with ovens, grills, and knives, and strong guest service focus in a fast-paced environment.

You will report to the Sous Chef and Head Chef, maintain sanitary workstations, assist with menus, and help with dishwashing and deep cleaning.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• 1-3 years of experience in high volume or fine dining restaurant.
• Current Utah Food Handler Permit (required).
• Cooking experience preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily operations in a fast paced and changing environment.
• Maintain a sanitary workstation and proper cleanliness.
• Prep and maintain a workstation.
• Create and maintain stock lists and assist with menus.
• Report to Sous Chef and Head Chef.
• Assist with dishwashing of all dishes, flatware and glasses.
• Break down and deep clean kitchen spaces.
• Adhere to uniform standards and Health Code.
