Job summary

This seasonal role lets you design, quote, and close lighting installations across pre-qualified leads, with no cold-calling and uncapped commissions.

You control your schedule and territory in a dynamic, design-driven environment. Earn 15,000–35,000 per season as a 1099 contractor; training in early Oct, peak selling

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowner leads across your assigned territory and conduct professional in-home design consultations.
• Qualify online appointments and build estimates for online deals — turning around a custom quote with the fastest turnaround in the industry.
• Assess each property's layout and discuss the customer's preferences and budget.
• Build customized holiday lighting designs and visual proposals in Brite Base.
• Present pricing, answer questions, and confidently close — in person or remotely.
• Document measurements, installation notes, and customer requests in our CRM.
• Follow up with customers when appropriate to maximize close rates.
