Brite Nites, INC is seeking motivated Seasonal Sales Representatives for the Fort Lauderdale area. You will design custom holiday lighting displays and close installation projects, working as a 1099 contractor with appointments supplied.

Earn uncapped commissions with a short, intense October–December season. You set your own schedule and pricing, travel within your territory, and can qualify for extensions into year-round roles based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales/commission-based roles preferred.
• Comfortable with in-home and online consultations.

Responsabilités

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowner leads and conduct in-home design consultations.
• Qualify online appointments and build estimates for online deals.
• Present pricing and confidently close deals, in person or remotely.
• Document measurements and customer requests in CRM and follow up to maximize close rates.
